Welcome to a beautiful weekend at Ashtanga Yoga Shala Malmö. Ashtanga Yoga, philosophy and pranayama in depth. This workshop suits everyone that are interested to dive deeper into the wisdom of yoga. Two mornings with Mysore style where you will be met at your own individual needs. During the afternoons we will discuss and talk about the essence of what yoga is and how to integrate that knowledge into daily life. Wisdom from the ancient texts, such as Bhagavadgita and Patanjali Yoga Sutras. There will be time for individual needs and questions. The afternoons will end with pranayama, where we will experience and practice how different breathing practices can effect and calm our mind and as well deepen our connection with our inner self. Everyone that is participating in the whole workshop will get a personal pranayama practice at the end of the course.
Schedule
Fri 30th of October
17:00-19:00 Introduction to the weekend workshop. Short talk about Yoga Philosophy and how we can integrate the deep wisdom of yoga into our daily life. The class will finish with Pranayama
Sat 31st of October
08:00-09:30 & (9:30-11:00 if needed) Mysore style Ashtanga Yoga
13:00-15:00 Workshop, where we will continue the talks about the ancient wisdom from Bhagavad Gita and the sutras. Questions and discussions. Pranayama will end the class.
Sun 1sth of November
08:00-09:30 & (9:30-11:00 if needed) Mysore style Ashtanga Yoga
11:00-13:00 Brunch together
13:00-15:00 Workshop where we continue the wisdom from Bhagavad Gita and the sutras. Questions and discussions. Pranayama will end the class.
