Maria Boox Ashtanga Yoga

Take a break from the Christmas and New Year preparations and immerse yourself in the world of yoga. Join Maria Boox for a day filled with yoga practice, philosophy, pranayama, and inspiring discussions.

What’s included:

  • Meditation, led Ashtanga class, followed by Mysore practice class with Maria
  • Break with fika (snack/coffee break)
  • Yoga philosophy, restorative and pranayama, followed by a Q&A session

This workshop is perfect for those who wish to deepen their understanding of yoga and themselves.
