Welcome to three lovely days with Ashtanga Yoga, pranayama & yoga philosophy. We will focus on backbendings, twists and talk about the “Kleshas”. Pranayama will be part of the afternoon classes How can we open the thoracic spine? What will be the effect in the spine? Why is it important to strengthen the legs before deeper backbends and how come these particular asanas open the chest so the heart has more space? It will be an exciting and inspiring weekend full of yoga! The course is aimed at those who want to get started with their yoga, deepen it, get back to it or learn more.
