We will start with a led Hatha Yoga Flow class followed by a short break with some light snacks to enjoy. A talk about the nine different, Vrittis, (distractions, waves on the mind) that will affect our mind and our daily life, how we relate to ourself and other people in our life. What tools can yoga give us to calm our mind and be clear about ourselves. Pranayama practice of about 30-40 minutes will end the evening.
