Welcome to three lovely days with Ashtanga Yoga, pranayama & yoga philosophy. This workshop will be held at Yoga Shala Gothenburg. This will be an exciting and inspiring weekend full of yoga! The course is aimed for those who want to get started with their yoga, deepen it, get back to it or learn more. Mornings are based on Mysore practice, where everyone will be met at their individual needs. The afternoons will focus on Patanjali Yoga Sutra and how to integrate this old wisdom into our daily lives. Pranayama and meditation will be part of the afternoon classes.
