This course is for anyone who would like to deepen their understanding of their asana practice, focus on lifts and jump through, forward bendings and bandhawork. The name and meanings of the asanas in sanskrit will be chanted. We will as well venture deeper into pranayama, with the aim to dive deeper into the practice with a fuller understanding towards a healing and healthy practice with yoga asanas and pranayama. Everyone is welcome!
