This deepening course is for those who have had a regular practice for a long time and have practised with me before. It offers a wonderful opportunity to journey much deeper into your yoga practice and discover the tools for real transformation. The course is spread over two years. We will meet for six days at a time of full-time studies, twice a year. So, there will be four weeks of teaching time in total. Around this you will need to study different parts of yoga philosophy. A 200-hour online anatomy course will be included, from David Keil of Yoganatomy. There will be an anatomy lecture with Rebecca Carlowitz. And Agneta Markgen will also give a lecture on the nervous system.

There will be three mornings of Mysore practice and one evening with asana technique, yoga philosophy and pranayama. Light snacks will be served. This workshop is for you if you would like more personal attention and to deepen your understanding of what yoga is. Everyone will be given a personal pranayama practice at the end of the course.

This course is for anyone who would like to deepen their understanding of their asana practice, focus on backendings, finishing postures as well as venturing deeper into pranayama, the different layers of the body-“koshas” with the aim to dive deeper into the practice with a fuller understanding towards a healing and healthy practice with yoga asanas and pranayama. Everyone is welcome!

A unique retreat on Sydkoster off Sweden’s west coast. Experience fantastic nature and stunning sea life. We will practice yoga in Studio Lövås and bicycle to and from Solkoster just by the ocean, where we will stay. We will have all our meals in the beauty of Kosters Gardens. The food is made with love and is ecological and vegetarian.

At Palm Grove Beach Resort you’ll be staying in charming bungalows by the beach. There will be a mixture of morning Mysore style Ashtanga in the shala on the beach with afternoons of pranayama and yoga philosophy, some evening meditations by the sea. We’ll also have time to visit some markets and nice restaurants in the area. This retreat is perfect if you would like to deepen your practice and understanding of yoga as well as enjoying a vacation in a beautiful place on earth.
