A course for those who have been practising Ashtanga Yoga for a while and would like to move deeper into the essence of the yogic tools. We will work intensely with Mysore practice, pulse taking, yoga therapy, philosophy and pranayama. Everyone will get their own individual pranayama practice at the end of the course.
