Private groups are classes tailored to the specific needs of each group. These can be led or Mysore-style classes depending on the group’s wishes.
Here are some examples of what a private group might include:
- Ashtanga Yoga in combination with either pranayama or philosophy or both.
- Hatha Yoga in combination with either pranayama or philosophy or both.
- Either Ashtanga Yoga or Hatha Yoga with yoga therapy and pranayama or philosophy.
A combination of any or all of these elements can be included in a group session, according to what the group would like to focus on. If you’re unsure, Maria can help tailor the class based on her experience of working with groups.
