There will be three mornings of Mysore practice and one evening with asana technique, yoga philosophy and pranayama. Light snacks will be served. This workshop is for you if you would like more personal attention and to deepen your understanding of what yoga is. Everyone will be given a personal pranayama practice at the end of the course.

This course is for anyone who would like to deepen their understanding of their asana practice, focus on backendings, finishing postures as well as venturing deeper into pranayama, the different layers of the body-“koshas” with the aim to dive deeper into the practice with a fuller understanding towards a healing and healthy practice with yoga asanas and pranayama. Everyone is welcome!
