This workshop will include five mornings of Mysore practice and two evenings of pranayama and yoga philosophy. The morning classes will deepen your understanding of your asana practice in relation to the breath, bandhas and drishtis. You will benefit from individual attention and be able to move deeper within.

During this weekend workshop in Viborg I will teach various different classes – Yin Yoga, morning Mysore Ashtanga, yoga philosophy and pranayama. Some more quiet classes will also be held. I am sure you will find a class or two that will suit your needs. These classes are suitable for all levels.

Three Mysore mornings in a small exclusive group in the heart of Stockholm. A unique opportunity to deepen your practice and get individual attention from Maria. Only 12 people. One evening with philosophy, pranayama and a light snack.

Exclusive yoga weekend with only 18 places for those who would like to explore and go deeper into your own practice with Maria in Karlskoga. There will be time for individual attention, to develop your own personal pranayama practice to bring home, and to dive deeper into the system of yoga. We will have lovely days!

An amazing opportunity to practice and study with Maria and David Keil for 6 days in Bollnäs. This is the first time that Maria and David are teaching together in Sweden.

There will be three mornings of Mysore practice and one evening with asana technique, yoga philosophy and pranayama. Light snacks will be served. This workshop is for you if you would like more personal attention and to deepen your understanding of what yoga is. Everyone will be given a personal pranayama practice at the end of the course.
